The new deadline to get the negotiated rate is July 11th.

Please note - there will be a meeting at the Doubletree Hotel in Vegas on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at 9:00 pm in their conference room to go over schedules, expectations, etc.

This is a mandatory meeting. Please plan your travel accordingly.

We have selected a terrific smoke free, non-casino, smaller upscale hotel for our stay in Las Vegas. As Robert mentioned in the parent meeting(s), our hotel selection will provide a safe, peaceful environment away from the strip and is in a convenient location with access to your vehicle.  We ask that all BTI players and family stay at the selected hotel for a the following reasons: 

1. It makes the trip more fun because the players can hang out with each other a lot easier in between games, etc. 
2. Players consistently run into other players they know as well as coaches (great for bonding and team building)
3. It makes transportation to and from the games easier when players need a ride. 
4. It makes it easier to have team meetings when necessary.
